Quarterly Results Schedule of Fixed Assets along with Dep as per Income Tax Act. Arranging & Providing of data as required by statutory auditor Preparation of Investor update & Divisionwise EBITDA Quarter on Quarter Expense Analysis 2. Annual Balancesheet Notes to accounts - Related party disclosure - Directors remuneration - Cash Flow statement - Value of imports on CIF Basis - Earnings in Foreign Exchange - Expenditure in Foreign currency - Auditors Remuneration - Earnings per Share - Contingent Liabilities Working for Capitalisation of Interest as per AS 16 3. Stautory Audit Arranging & Providing of data as required by statutory auditor 4. Scrutinse Balancesheet Items at Corporate level - Investment Cenvat Credit of Sercvice Tax Ensuring timely pyt. Of sales tax of all depots & mantaining record of all the pyts. 5. Others Preparation of Ad Hoc reports relating to Balance Sheet Maintaining assets (incl.creating of asset codes ) & scrutiny of Asset register Entire responsibility of Windmill Division 6. Verification on BP Voucher of all payments 7. Tax Audit Facilitating and completing the entire tax audit by arranging the necessary data. Desired Candidate Profile The candidate must be a qualified chartered accountant with 2 – 4 years of rich experience from a reputed firm. The candidate must have excellent communication skills and must be computer savy. The candidate must have a good academic record.(preferably first class throughout). The candidate must be proactive and should possess godd interpersonal skills.
