Experience : Min (0) Year Max (1) Year Job Description : Will be working on voice networking solutions like call routing, recording (Nice loggers), call management system (CMS), Gateway servers (S8700) and Media servers. To provide Level 1/ Level 2 resolution to the problems for all voice related issues. To diagnosis and isolate the area of problem by observing the symptoms and escalating To carry out the daily maintenance checks on the systems as per the daily checklist To load the latest patches on the system with an approved and scheduled change management system from customer. To take the backups of the systems at appropriate frequencies as per the backup policy. Performing of Traffic Study of trunk, and CPU utilization with recommendation.
