Job Designation : Project Manager-Software Division Qualification : B.Tech/B.E., Master of Technology (M.Tech/ME) Experience : Min (8) Year Max (12) Year Job Description : Managing delivery for a project team of 25 to 30 software engineers (~60%) Owning and ensuring end to end delivery of multiple projects with high frequency release schedules(typically monthly releases and daily builds) Project planning, estimation and tracking Ensuring effective utilization of resources across multiple projects / Collaborate with teams across locations by visiting as required for one to two weeks and participating in related daily phone conference calls Prepare and maintain customer report and metrics Innovate and improve company process model Help define and develop process and management metrics Ensure compliance to CMMi level 5 process standards in your projects People management and development: Recruitment, Training and other activities (~20%): Mentoring, guiding and shaping careers of an extremely talented pool of developers and testers Training and mentoring on project management and other skills.
