Description :	Job Designation : Manager/Assistant Manager Projects Qualification : B.Tech/B.E., Diploma Experience : 4 to 6 Yrs Job Description : Reports To: General Manager / Vice President Projects Job Summary Under the guidance of the General Manager / Vice President Projects to drive & direct the workforce to develop the infrastructure of the multiplexes at INOX, and ensure a high standard of building, machinery, plant, furniture, fixture & equipment as per applicable fire and safety rules, in order to achieve an excellent level of guest satisfaction and to ensure a high employee morale. Duties and Responsibilities 1. Effective execution of project inclusive of planning, engineering coordination and procurement. 2. Sub-contractor management 3. Monitors and controls expenses 4. Ensuring timely completion of projects within budgeted costs and quality. 5. To ensure that the project meets all the requirements as per the pre-opening checklist. 6. Develop systems and procedures that ensure safety for customers, employees plant, machinery and property. 7. Liaison with relevant Government agencies to ensure compliance of various statutory requirements. 8. To liaise with the developers and builders for their deliverables. To perform any other duties as may be assigned by the management from time to time. Desired Profile Traits: Pleasant personality, physically fit, smart, confident. Ready to travel extensively across India. Qualifications: B.E / Diploma in Civil,. AutoCAD will be added advantage. Age: 28 – 33 yrs. Special Skills: Capable of being multi skilled, analytical, quick decision maker, team player, good communication and inter-personal skills, motivator. Fluent in English, Hindi and local language. Work Experience: 4 to 6 years of experience in handling commercial properties such as Office Building, Shopping Malls, Airport, Multiplexes, and Hotels etc. To Apply : send your CV through Email
