Job Description Drafting/Vetting Development Agreements, Agreement for Sale, Affidavits, Power of Attorney, Leave and License Agreement, Lease Deed, Memorandum of Understanding, Deed of Conveyance, Mortgage, Applications, Service Agreements (Operation), Bank Guarantees, Consultancy Agreements, Notices, reply to legal notices, Undertakings, Indemnity Bonds and various other Legal documents as and when required. Drafting/Vetting the Plaint, Written Statement, Notice of Motion, Chamber Summons, Appeals, applications, affidavits which are required to be filed on behalf of Company. To advice our office personnel on legal related issues, to provide opinion on employment related matters and other legal matters. To verify title of the property, prepare title opinion, to provide legal guidelines to the Company Attend/appear in the Court Hearing in various matters. Briefing to the Counsels and Advocates. Desired Candidate Profile LL.B with minimum 4 years experience preferably from real estate industry. Through knowledge and experience on litigation for handling various cases pertaining to disputes in realty industry.
