Job Responsibilities: The person will be responsible for execution of Agreements. Experience in Civil Law, Property Law, Commercial Contracts, Consumer Law, Law relating to retail, municipal corporation rules / regulations / Acts, stamp duty, ULC Acts, Property Tax, Trademarks, Shops & Establishments Act. The person will be responsible for ensuring legal compliances. Education and Experience required: Law Graduate with 4 to 5 Yrs. Experience in Real Estate/Retail/Malls.
