Job Description: Responsible for entire gamut of HR. HR Planning, concepts, processes, systems, administration. Implementing HR initiatives for organizational performance enhancement. Relate to the business model & develop HR systems for existing & future business. Desired Profile Responsible for partnering the Leadership Team in development and successful achievement of business goals & objectives enabled significantly by well aligned HR systems, programs and practice. Such as: Talent Management, Employee Engagement, Induction, PMS, Training etc. Planning Skills • Oversee smooth implementation of HR policies for induction, Orientation and Development in the organization • Reviewed existing systems & procedures in the organization and initiate measures for achieving higher operational efficiency, resource rationalization and cost reduction. • Implementation of new systems Policies, and revamp existing ones. • Implementation of Performance Management System Communication Skills • Must be courteous in written and oral communication, and be able to get ideas across in a non-confrontational manner in one-to-one situations, small groups, and before large audiences. • Should be able to create and use Gantt charts, spreadsheets or other appropriate tools to manage people and tasks and keep up-to-date. Knowledge and Experience Requirements: • Sound and analytical approach • Good team player • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 5+ years experience
