Experience : 1 – 4 Years Education : B.Tech/B.E. – Any Specialization,BCA ,MCA Job Description : The role is a very technical one and will include (and not be limited to the following): The role will include 2nd and 3rd line fault escalation on the Firewall and secured web gateway Infrastructure under management. Firewall policy review: The successful candidate must be able to critically analyze Security policy documents and translate them into actual firewall configurations (and vice-versa) Where appropriate the Security Engineer – Service Assurance will be a key contact on the customer’s escalation path and will have the responsibility of communicating with the customer on security related matters. The role requires hands-on “can-do� approach with regard to achieving committed customer SLA, this may require proactive testing of concepts and technical solutions where necessary. Proactive analysis of products and services that can assist RGCL in delivering Security Services effectively. Where necessary test and evaluate these and implement into the Security Service Framework. Frequent customer infrastructure changes, firewalls, proxy servers, Security logging appliances etc. with little guidance, the successful candidate must demonstrate that they can configure a wide-range of network and security equipments/solutions. Desired : Ability to apply a logical and thorough application of process with attention to detail Excellent communication and team working skills, must be a proactive self-starter Previous security operations experience An appreciation of ISO 27001 and Sarbanes-Oxley Good coordination skill Willing to work in shifts B.E or Equivalent 2+ years of security operations experience CISSP / JNCIA / JNCIS / BCCPA / BCCPP / CCSA / CCSP / any other technical or product based security certifications.
